"Location was great, near to metro, restaurants and supermarket. Everything was clean and modern, comfy beds, nice decor and quality bedding etc. Nice little welcome touches from the host."

"It's an odd layout with the smaller room having no space to move around or anywhere to put your suitcase. The bathroom of the smaller room is also very small. A window in the living room didn't lock (Edgar offered to fix it). The stairs are not suitable for people with mobility issues and tricky with large suitcases!"

"Me and my little girl (15months old) plus my mum, dad, sister all stayed at the apartment. Edgar and his team were amazing at organising a high chair and cot for my little girl and arranging an earlier check-in so we could drop off our bags while it was cleaned. The apartment was really clean and they left us a complimentary guide which was really useful as well as other cute gifts :) Having our own entrance was really helpful, we could leave the pram at the bottom of the stairs, it was also great having a kitchen and the extra space. We were also able to check out later which was so helpful as we could leave and go straight to the station, it was great how easy Edgar & his team were to contact and how flexible they were. It was such a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this apartment, the location is amazing, so close to Le Marais and lots of bakerys and restaurants! Thank you Edgar and your team for such a wonderful stay."

"The only thing was that the staircase is quite steep and there is no gate at the top of the stairs so we popped to a local shop and bought some cardboard to block the stairs, but this was only and issue for us because we had my 15month daughter with us! Everything else was perfect!"

"This flat was attractive, clean and generously stocked. Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel and shampoo were all provided in abundance and much appreciated as was the courtesy box of chocolates. The flat was in an excellent and safe location and we were able to walk into the Marais, to the Seine and to the Palais Garnier with ease. Edgar and his team were a delight to deal with and we couldn't fault them. They were happy to meet us at the flat early on arrival and on departure they stored our luggage for us without any issue. "Location is perfect, safe and clean neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants, a park, supermarket and subway stations nearby. Good wi-fi. Master bedroom is spacious, airy and has a decent size well ventilated ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay and has a dishwasher. Dishwashing supplies are provided which was very convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive."

"Second bedroom is tiny, hardly any space to walk around the bed. It's ensuite bathroom has poor ventilation so both felt very stuffy. Leaving the door to the living room open overnight meant that you hear all the traffic from the main road. No recycling facilities in the flat though the main waste room off of the courtyard has it. All that's provided in the flat is one large bin. Spiral staircase from the main door to the flat is narrow and steep - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or very young children."

"The location was great, close to the train, cafes, boulangeries etc. The bed in the master was actually a King which was great. There were lots of windows in many of the rooms. Two showers and two toilets was nice. The kitchen had a dishwasher and fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker with pods. We asked for more pods and they dropped them off within two hours."
